Okay, we’ve waited and waited and WAITED. And it was more than worth it. If you haven’t clicked the link for the video above you’ve missed out. Yesterday at 4pm PST Mark introduced us to his latest project, Camp Coyote. This is everything that you could want from Mark, it is 100% him. As a fan I really couldn’t ask for more, well I could, the greedy side of me wanted an album and maybe a few shows but I am more than happy to get this. This video and song is Mark showing us who he is and having no regrets, he’s having fun doing what he loves. All I know is that I’m more than happy to take this ride with Mark. Watch the sawesomeness that is Camp Coyote’s Electric Hoverboard and just bask in Mark’s creativity, I bet you’re humming this the time the video is over ;) Oh and even better he’s says there is more to come!
Last night was a big night for Mark and the cast of Glee, they hit the stage to honor their co-star Jane Lynch at the Trevor Live LA event. Mark along with Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale and Darren Criss sang ‘Smile’ before Jane came to the stage. Mark looked good in his Zegna suit, credit for the style id goes to Mark’s lovely publicist Janice. Mark walked the carpet and made some stops, he talked music, his upcoming movie Rocky Road and his was just his adorkable self with the jokes. Check out the gallery and hopefully as interviews and video come along I will be able to tweet links!
Tomorrow, is the season 5 premiere of Glee and though we knew many changes were coming early on in the Summer, there was one that wasn’t expected and one that is truly going to change the show. In two weeks time Glee will honor Cory Monteith and his character Finn Hudson in a tribute episode that has been described by many in the cast as beautiful. I guess one could say there is a lot of anticipation surrounding this episode, we as fans all have had time with to process what Cory’s loss has meant to us but now we are going to deal with his characters loss. We may not get all the answers and thats okay but I have faith that this will be a beautiful episode and fans will appreciate the final nod to a beloved person and character.
Today the episode synopsis was released and it seems like the episode will be not only an emotional one but a pivotal one for many characters, Puck included.
In the wake of Finn’s sudden death, former members of New Directions return to McKinley to remember their fallen friend. While a stoic Mr. Schue encourages all the gleeks to “memorialize him the way we do everything – by singing about it,” some of the kids find the exercise more cathartic than others. At the Hudson-Hummel home, Kurt, Burt and Carole sort through Finn’s belongings and what begins as a somber occasion blossoms into a poignant and much needed family moment. Meanwhile, Emma grows concerned when she believes Will is so busy taking care of others that he’s not allowing himself time to grieve; Santana struggles with using her “bitch” mask to hide her fond feelings for Finn, and has a run in with Bree, McKinley’s “New Santana”; and following a heart-to-heart with Coach Beiste, Puck honors Finn’s memory by making a life-changing decision about his future.
Now if you’re up on your spoilers you know what that life changing decision is and how it could possibly mean it’s the last time we see Puck on our screens. Mark is no longer a series regular and though there is a possibility for recurring guest star spots, I do believe that no matter what this story line could give our favorite character his proper send off. So save the date and set your DVRs for Thursday, October 10th at 9pm on FOX to see “Quarterback.” It will definitely be a hard episode to watch and possibly the last episode I ever watch of Glee but I know it will be worth it.
