First Look at Rocky Road

April 11, 2014

RockyRoad_updated_300x445

Since filming wrapped on Rocky Road it’s been fairly quiet on the movie front but with some time and a day off I bring you all the first look at Mark’s latest role. Thanks to eOne Entertainment we have an updated synopsis, a still, movie poster and the trailer! The movie is set to air in June on UP Network. Click the link -> Rocky Road

I for one am pleasantly surprised and cannot wait for this. The story looks to be interesting and it’s going to fun to see Mark take on a new role. I like what I’ve seen and now I just await it’s release.

UP Network recently had it’s upfronts and where they unveiled their line up for the rest of 2014, they mentioned that this film is one of the 9 originals they plan to air from now to the end of the year. All good things ahead! Now if we could just get word on if Mark penned a song for this and or if/when it’ll be released . Until next time folks ;)

Mark Shows Us Skills On The Court

March 26, 2014
by

Okay so I think I’m really loving Mark having the Camp Coyote youtube page because this is the second video he’s posted in just as many weeks. No music was posted but he says it’s a sneak peek to his upcoming appearance in the Spiderman Basketball youtube series. The series is done by Grayson Boucher or as @Professor12 we’ve seen him referred to over the last few weeks, Boucher is an insanely talented streetball (basketball) player. The series is one of the ways he showcases what he can do on the court, he has had other guest stars in the series including Clippers, Jamal Crawford. Last month, a producer for the series tweeted that he had wrapped a day working with Mark and there my eagerness began. We’ve never really seen Mark ‘play’ basketball he’s tweeted/talked about the sport and we’ve seen a number of videos were he messes around, so it was all up in the air as to what this guest spot would entail. As a girl who loves her sports, I was nervous, but fear not because the sneak peek let us know the man can hit a shot and dribble a ball, is it the level of the Professor, probably not but now we must wait until the next video. Until then we can enjoy Captain America showing us his skills on the court.

More Than Happy to Take a Ride With Mark

March 7, 2014

Okay, we’ve waited and waited and WAITED. And it was more than worth it. If you haven’t clicked the link for the video above you’ve missed out. Yesterday at 4pm PST Mark introduced us to his latest project, Camp Coyote. This is everything that you could want from Mark, it is 100%  him. As a fan I really couldn’t ask for more, well I could, the greedy side of me wanted an album and maybe a few shows but I am more than happy to get this. This video and song is Mark showing us who he is and having no regrets, he’s having fun doing what he loves. All I know is that I’m more than happy to take this ride with Mark. Watch the sawesomeness that is Camp Coyote’s Electric Hoverboard and just bask in Mark’s creativity,  I bet you’re humming this the time the video is over ;) Oh and even better he’s says there is more to come!

Mark & Glee Cast Members Make Us ‘Smile’

December 9, 2013

Last night was a big night for Mark and the cast of Glee, they hit the stage to honor their co-star Jane Lynch at the Trevor Live LA  event. Mark along with Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale and Darren Criss sang ‘Smile’ before Jane came to the stage. Mark looked good in his Zegna suit, credit for the style id goes to Mark’s lovely publicist Janice. Mark walked the carpet and made some stops, he talked music, his upcoming movie Rocky Road and his was just his adorkable self with the jokes. Check out the gallery and hopefully as interviews and video come along I will be able to tweet links!

Glee Says It’s Fans Choice For 100th Episode

November 27, 2013

survivor7_08FOX and Glee  are letting the fans choose what songs they want to see/hear in the the shows 100th episode. Now you’re a bit confused how could we possibly choose songs and who would sing them, well they’re bringing back the classics! The network has compiled a list of 30 songs for fans to choose from and the top 10 will be put in for consideration in the 100th episode. Now one thing that has me a bit iffy on the whole process is they state they’ll remix it, which is another word for change it up, I’m okay with that but if I see someone else singing Sweet Caroline come time than what’s the point of my vote? I voted for it based on the original performance and the person/people who were in it. So I know some of you may have your doubts about letting others sing the song, but isn’t it better to let them know who is loved and what you want to see, because hey you never know what will happen. So head on over and let them know about your love for Mark and the first time we truly got to hear him sing – VOTE SWEET CAROLINE, and whatever else your pretty little heart desires.

Everyone Needs Fandango, Except Bears

November 26, 2013

Online ticketing site Fandango is pushing the theatrical experience by creating its first-ever national TV campaign that features stars including Kevin Hart, Mark Salling (TV’s “Glee”) and Dule Hill (“The West Wing”).

The 30-second spots, which will begin airing Thanksgiving Day, depict the actors in scenes going to the movies for either girl’s-night-out, date night or family outings. They also will feature tags for exhibitors such as Regal, AMC, Carmike and Alamo Drafthouse and will be localized to play in markets where those exhibs have locations.

Love this commercial spot and as someone who already uses Fandango I approve even more so. This commercial has my love because it just feels like it’s truly Mark. Can’t wait to see it for the first time on tv or in a movie theater! Also if you say you didn’t laugh while watching this, I don’t believe you.

A Look at Episode 5.03 Synopsis

September 25, 2013

02Tomorrow, is the season 5 premiere of Glee and though we knew many changes were coming early on in the Summer, there was one that wasn’t expected and one that is truly going to change the show. In two weeks time Glee will honor Cory Monteith and his character Finn Hudson in a tribute episode that has been described by many in the cast as beautiful. I guess one could say there is a lot of anticipation surrounding this episode, we as fans all have had time with to process what Cory’s loss has meant to us but now we are going to deal with his characters loss. We may not get all the answers and thats okay but I have faith that this will be a beautiful episode and fans will appreciate the final nod to a beloved person and character.

Today the episode synopsis was released and it seems like the episode will be not only an emotional one but a pivotal one for many characters, Puck included.

In the wake of Finn’s sudden death, former members of New Directions return to McKinley to remember their fallen friend. While a stoic Mr. Schue encourages all the gleeks to “memorialize him the way we do everything – by singing about it,” some of the kids find the exercise more cathartic than others. At the Hudson-Hummel home, Kurt, Burt and Carole sort through Finn’s belongings and what begins as a somber occasion blossoms into a poignant and much needed family moment. Meanwhile, Emma grows concerned when she believes Will is so busy taking care of others that he’s not allowing himself time to grieve; Santana struggles with using her “bitch” mask to hide her fond feelings for Finn, and has a run in with Bree, McKinley’s “New Santana”; and following a heart-to-heart with Coach Beiste, Puck honors Finn’s memory by making a life-changing decision about his future.

Now if you’re up on your spoilers you know what that life changing decision is and how it could possibly mean it’s the last time we see Puck on our screens.  Mark is no longer a series regular and though there is a possibility for recurring guest star spots, I do believe that no matter what this story line could give our favorite character his proper send off. So save the date and set your DVRs for Thursday, October 10th at 9pm on FOX to see “Quarterback.” It will definitely be a hard episode to watch and possibly the last episode I ever watch of Glee but I know it will be worth it.
